CDR Conference 2024 – Fairness in the Age of Artificial Intelligence
Our CDR conference will take place on 14 November from 13:00 to 18:00 in Berlin. The topic is ‘Fairness in the age of artificial intelligence’ and we are looking forward to welcoming high-profile speakers from politics, business and civil society.
As part of a keynote speech and a panel discussion, we want to address the following questions, among others:
- What do we mean by the term fairness in the course of digitalisation in general and with regard to AI applications in particular?
- Why is the principle of fairness so important and what challenges does the principle of fairness entail?
- What requirements does the AI regulation entail? How can the requirements be fulfilled?
- How can the principle of fairness be implemented in practice by companies when developing new processes, products and services? How do we deal with any conflicts of interest that may arise?
In four workshops, CDR Initiative members will also provide practical insights into the role of AI guidelines, the responsible use of GPT models, measures for dealing with disinformation and hate speech and the implementation of a diversity impact assessment.
The event will be in German.
