Impetus for CDR: Shaping digital cultural change – inspiring people for GenAI and unleashing potential! with OTTO
This event has already taken place. You can find the recording of the Impetus here. The recoding is in german.
A virtual event on 9 July 2025 from 4:00 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. with Saskia Dupré & Dr Frederike Fritzsche from the Otto Group
How can GenAI be established in a company not just as a tool, but as a real lever for transformation? Using concrete measures at OTTO, we show how employees can be empowered to use AI effectively in their everyday work – regardless of their department or prior knowledge. With the GenAI Ambassador Programme, a target group-specific training navigator, regular prompting sessions, inspiring events and the development of practical use cases, we build knowledge, lower inhibitions and promote independent learning. This creates a sustainable cultural change based on participation, visibility and concrete added value. The presentation provides concrete insights, learnings and proven formats for decision-makers who want to anchor GenAI broadly within their company.
Impetus for CDR – a series of events organised by the CDR Initiative
Corporate Digital Responsibility (CDR) refers to voluntary corporate activities that go beyond what is currently required by law and actively shape the digital world for the benefit of society.
The CDR Impulse event series highlights various areas and specific applications in CDR. Each event consists of a keynote speech followed by a discussion in which participants' questions are answered. The common thread running through the series is the areas of action identified by the CDR initiative: data management, climate and resource protection, education, employee involvement and inclusion (more information here).
The CDR Impulse series takes place virtually. The dial-in details will be sent by email shortly before the event.
Recordings of past events can be found here.
